The Food
Inspired American fare: World class steaks. Select seafood offerings. Pulled pork and Po-Boy sandwiches. Creative specials. We'll start with a limited menu, that allows a new staff to provide great food and excellent service, then add menu items as the culinary team is refined.

Early in its development, our customers will influence our menu. We'll be listening closely to your feedback. Come and be a part of helping us design our menu around your tastes.

The Music
Our customer experience—and our own legacy, as it were—will be built around the integrity of the music. We  currently offer music three nights a week a week. Light music—jazz, R&B or acoustic blues—early in the evening. Something people can enjoy with their meals, and easily converse over. Then at about 9:00 pm, we switch over to a more energetic pace. While we’ll occasionally throw other genres into the mix, we do try to keep a focus on the blues, providing a nice mix of the best local talent, complemented by regional and national acts.

Being musicians ourselves, we also want to make it a great experience for the folks on stage. If they're having a good time, so will the crowd. A good sound system, and some gear you won't find in other local venues. For example, we have a Hammond organ and a Leslie speaker onstage for acts to use.

The Room
We're fortunate to occupy a brand new facility, designed and built as a premier restaurant, in the newest building in the Dickson Street Entertainment District.

We display artwork throughout the room that harmonizes with the blues and jazz music featured in the lounge. For example several works by Memphis based artist, Danny Broadway will be on display (and for sale) in the restaurant during its opening weeks.

We'll be working hard to prove to you that you that you don't have to give up comfortable ambiance to hear really good music.
